1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size selection (unless incorrect item delivered)

  • Minor color differences due to screen display

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

    • Order ID

    • Product images/videos showing the issue

  2. Our team will verify your request within 48 hours

  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions

⚠️ Do not send products back without approval.

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI

4. Replacement Policy

We may offer a replacement instead of refund in cases of:

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong item delivered

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Innerwear or beauty items (if opened)

  • Items marked as Final Sale

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping is free only if the product is defective or wrong

  • Otherwise, shipping charges (if applicable) will be deducted from refund
