  • You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS once your order is placed

2. Shipping Time

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders (or mention your condition)

  • A small shipping fee may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS

  • You can track your order using the provided tracking link

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected products/locations

  • Our team may contact you for order confirmation before dispatch

  • We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if confirmation is not received
